TephraThe Tephra is our take on the classic modern TIG welded road frame.We construct it exclusively from Columbus Zona tubing – just like the Arete. Again, no funky shapes, simply because once you remove the marketing from most funky shapes, all you’re left with is a bike that’s stiffer in all the wrong directions. Because the Tephra has a bit more meat on the bones than the minimalist Tephra SL, it’s the perfect bike if you want versatility. We’ve made Tephras as straight shooting road bikes designed to pump out the training miles, as well as solid dependable touring bikes with S&S couplers and full rack and fender mounts.
