XCR
Tephra XCR
Stainless Steel is not a new wonder material, but one that has been sorely absent from the bike world in a form that is an improvement over the current crop of steels. Until now.
Columbus' new XCR stainless ticks all the right boxes - It's a seamless tube, the welding wire is readily available so as to make a nice, strong and homogenous structure, and under it's 'proper' name of APX4S is a well known and widely used material. Combine that with Columbus' penchant for quality and as they say, "We have a winner!"
With the classic ride of steel now with stainless' renowned corrosion resistance, the Tephra XCR could be the ultimate in custom steel.
